If you access the site from overseas, the Buyee cart will be displayed. You can use the Buyee cart to purchase our products.
By connecting to "Buyee", you can enjoy multilingual customer support, overseas payment methods, and delivery to 118 countries and regions.

a platform that connects overseas customers to access our services.
When accessing from overseas, the page will display an order cart that is specifically for overseas users. If you connect to "Buyee" using this cart, you will be able to access to multilingual customer support, international payment methods, international shipping to 118 countries and regions, and low-cost shipping plans.

If the product has an initial defect or malfunction, we will accept an exchange or return only if you contact us within 5 days after the product arrives.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Exchanges or returns due to customer reasons such as "the color is different from what I saw on the screen" or "the product is different from what I imagined"
・If, after accepting an exchange or return of our product, the product is found to be dirty, smelly, damaged, etc., or if the product shows signs of use
・Exchange or return according to the precautions listed on the product page
Shipping
Shipping costs vary depending on the product and region.
Shipping is free if the total amount of a single order is 60,000 yen (tax included) or more.
About shipping date
Your order will be shipped within 5 business days of the order confirmation date.
(After long holidays such as New Year's and summer holidays, orders will be shipped sequentially from the next business day.)
You can check the delivery status of your product after it has been shipped from TaG. using the tracking number provided by the delivery company in the "Shipping Completion Notification Email."
