If you are residing/staying overseas and would like your order shipped overseas, please purchase it through the "Buyee" cart. If you place an order through our cart, your order may be cancelled.

・When purchasing through the "Buyee" cart, in addition to the product price and domestic shipping fee incurred by our store, you will also be required to pay Buyee's proxy purchasing fee of 300 yen (per order) and international shipping fee.

・Depending on the laws of the destination country, customs duties may be imposed on purchased items. Please pay customs duties and handle customs clearance procedures yourself. For details, please contact "Buyee", the local customs office, or the shipping company.

• About product returns and exchanges

If you purchase an item through the "Buyee" cart, you will not be able to return or exchange the item under any circumstances. Please contact "Buyee" for details.

• Adding or cancelling your order

If you have purchased using the "Buyee" cart, you can cancel your order by clicking on "Cancel Order" only if the relevant order information on your "Buyee" My Page shows a "Order Accepted" status and "Cancel Order" is displayed. However, if you use this cancellation function, the order itself will be canceled.
Please note that if multiple items are ordered as one, it is not possible to cancel only specific items. Also, if Buyee has already begun the purchasing process for your order, or if the status of your order information is [Order Accepted] or [Purchased] or later, cancellation is not possible.
